Dr. Rubin Introduces New Partnership

Dr. Rubin is happy to announce that Dr. Grace Forde will be providing assistance with chronic pain care at our Marcus Ave office. She specializes in the management of headaches and is an expert in Botox for migraines. She also provides patients with education and access to the use of medicinal marijuana for approved conditions in New York State.

Dr. Forde received her Doctor of Medicine at Albert Einstein School of Medicine in Bronx, NY, and fulfilled her postgraduate training including her residency in neurology and fellowship in pain management at the University of California – San Francisco. Dr. Forde is board certified in neurology and pain management.
