Dr. Edward Rubin MD has become one of Long Island’s best and most trusted pain management doctors.
Dr. Rubin is a top pain management specialist in the treatment of chronic pain of the low back and neck, and muscle pain related to sports injuries. He works in collaboration with orthopedic surgeons in managing pain in the joints and spine. Dr. Rubin’s philosophy is to put patients first. He uses the best, and most up to date practices and research to tailor each treatment plan based on individual needs. Dr. Rubin offers expertise in providing a wide range of treatment modalities including non-invasive laser pain therapy, medication management, and the most cutting-edge interventional techniques. Dr. Rubin did his residency in Anesthesiology at Weill Cornell in Manhattan. After residency, he attended the Quad Institution Fellowship in pain management at Weill Cornell, Memorial Sloan Kettering, Hospital for Special Surgery and Columbia Presbyterian Hospital. Dr. Rubin is currently in private practice on Long Island, New York. Dr. Rubin is a strong supporter of New York Medical Societies. He is the current Treasurer and former President of the New York Society of Interventional Pain Physicians and a Board Member of the Nassau County Medical Society and delegate to the Medical Society of the State of New York.
Dr. Rubin takes an active interest in research. He has a certificate in Clinical Investigation from Cornell Medical College and has an ongoing study involving the use of lasers in the treatment of pain.
Dr. Rubin operates two convenient offices situated in the heart of Nassau County, Long Island, New York. One of his offices is nestled in the bustling community of Garden City, while the other is located in the peaceful suburb of Lake Success.
